So I watched Le Rêve at Wynn this past weekend. Humpth... what can I say about it?
Well, let's just say, I wasn't too impressed at all... compare to the other Cirque du Soleil shows, this one is definitely not up there. I would say my all time favorate is still the "O" show at Bellagio. Le Rêve is basically never ending diving and water ballet. The story behind this show is pretty weak. The whole show was about one and half hour long. I wouldn't really recommand this show if you've already seen other Cirque du Soleil shows.

“Long before Dorothy dropped in, two other girls meet in the Land of Oz. One, born with emerald-green skin, is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. How these two unlikely friends end up as the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch makes for the most spellbinding new musical in years.”
I didn't not anticipate this Broadway musical to be so damn good! There is not a feeling quite so remarkable as that which comes from being in a seat at a Broadway musical. “Wicked” has mezmerized audiences and sold out shows for the past few years. Up until now, I never had the opportuniy to scoot out and take a peak, nothing that I predicted or expected measured to the excitedment and spectacle of seeing the show. I recommend seeing “Wicked” to anyone, from a young child to a senior gent, there is something in the show for all.

I was actually quite surprised that I was able to find my favorate Rose Macaron in Taiwan! I must say, although it's not as good as the ones I had in Paris, but it's actually not bad! It's from a little store called Franciacorta (http://www.franciacorta.com.tw/) in Taipei. I'd definitely recommand it to anyone that loves macarons! :D

An active volcano atop Mt. Aso
So I've decided to take another spontaneous trip again! Wooootz! This time, the destination is Kyushu. I've actually been there before, about 10 years ago, but I don't remember much about the previous trip. Anyways, so I was completely surprised by the excruciating hot temperature at Kyushu, it's mostly over 100 degrees F. Why? I blame global warming, moreover, since the smog problem is a lot less severe in Japan, the ultraviolet wave from the sun doesn't get deflected or blocked by smog, therefore, a lot of the energy is transferred directly to the ground. Anyways, I hope the human race will finally recognize the importance of being carbon neutral and have the motivation to doing something about it soon!

So I spontaneously decided that I want to visit Okinawa, and grabbed my cousin with me at the last minute. Anyways, the highlight of the whole trip is the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium (沖縄美ら海水族館) They got three whalesharks there!! The whole aquarium is absolutely breathtaking!! The only thing I wanna complain is that it's way too damn hot at Okinawa lol.
